If you are interested in viewing a property, you will need to submit an on-line Enquiry Form. However, for speed and practicality, you are also very welcome to make contact by phone in order to arrange a viewing, as long as the Enquiry Form is received before that viewing. The process, in full, for securing a property is as follows: -
Stage Two
- View property (WHOLE GROUP)
- To reserve, pay Holding Deposit of £240.00 (split between group)
- Exchange details and organise meeting date to sign tenancy agreement
(property is now reserved, and no more viewings will be conducted)
Stage Three
- Tenants emailed with full details and instructions
- Tenants and Guarantors complete documentation
Stage Four
- Group meeting at property to sign tenancy agreement
- Provision of all documentation and deposit
Stage Five
- Tenants to authorise future direct debit payments
- Credit checks and referencing as required
- Deposit protected
- Copies of signed documents to Lead Tenant
